Session cookies conflict
This Dokos package should not be installed on a Yunohost subdomain:
Yunohost on yunohost.domain.tld and Dokos on dokos.domain.tld works fine!
Yunohost on yunohost.domain.tld and Dokos on dokos.yunohost.domain.tld will create conflicts between Yunohost and Dokos session cookies.
